Yes. Once you purchase an itinerary, you’ll be prompted to download it immediately. You’ll also receive an email containing a download link. Please also check your spam/junk folder, as the confirmation email may have been filtered there. If you’re still unable to find it, please email us and we will send you a copy directly. Please note that the itinerary purchased will ONLY be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Once an itinerary, including custom itineraries, has been purchased, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. We recommend reviewing the product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to purchase, feel free to reach out, we’re happy to help!
