We do not own, operate, or manage the third-party tools or services recommended in your itinerary. Any bookings, purchases, or interactions made through third-party platforms are solely between you and the provider.

2. Accuracy & Availability

While we strive to provide up-to-date and accurate recommendations, we cannot guarantee the availability, accuracy, pricing, or service quality of third-party tools or providers at the time of your travel. We are not liable if any third-party recommendations included in our itineraries that are no longer in operation or have closed at the time you choose to use it.

3. Changes, Cancellations & Support

Any changes, cancellations, or issues related to third-party bookings (e.g., excursions, hotel stays, tickets, or transport) must be handled directly with the provider. We are not liable for delays, refunds, or disputes involving third-party services.

4. User Responsibility

It is your responsibility to review and accept any terms, conditions, or privacy policies associated with third-party tools before using or purchasing services through them.

Our custom itineraries are thoughtfully crafted to match your unique preferences, interests, and budget. To ensure a smooth process and clear expectations, please review the following terms:

  • Personalization & Accuracy: We rely on the information you provide to design your itinerary. Please ensure all details are accurate and complete when submitting your request.
  • Delivery Time: Custom itineraries are typically delivered within 7–10 business days via email. This allows us to create a comprehensive and tailored travel plan just for you.
  • Finality: Once the custom itinerary request form is submitted and purchased, the itinerary is considered final. Because this is a digital, personalized product, all sales are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
  • Responsibility: This purchase is for a personalized itinerary ONLY. Simply Book It Travels does not make any bookings on your behalf. We provide recommendations and arrangements based on current information, but we are not responsible for third-party service issues or changes beyond our control.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is solely the responsibility of the client. Simply Book It Travels LLC provides a detailed itinerary for your trip, but we do not arrange or include travel insurance. It is up to you to secure appropriate coverage for your travel needs, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, or travel delays.

Modifications to Service & Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service—or any part of it—at any time without notice. In this instance, all customers who have booked itineraries will receive a PDF version via email within 60 days.

We shall not be held liable to you or any third party for any changes, price adjustments, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Liability

Our company acts solely as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and local tour operators. We shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by the actions or omissions of these third-party providers.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service, along with any separate agreements under which we provide services to you, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
